"After suffering a fender bender car accident Shelley Courtney in Agent Chuck Taylor's State Farm Ins office responded immediately to my questions and needs. Shelley was so knowledgeable and helpful guiding me through the necessary information to repair my vehicle and rent a car-- it was amazing.
